The pinched red mihrab is set on an ivory ground and displays a doubled abstract floral device along with colorful rosettes.The spandrels have four connected palmettes and jewelry elements as decoration.The classic peach Milas border employs aubergine palmettes with secondary tomato red and light green motifs.At the base of the field is a fractional dot pattern border.The ivory outer minor border is patterned with divided octagons and is flanked by red and aubergine reciprocals.The inner red minor border has a ribbon design changing from dark blue,at the lower end,to green above.A third sawtooth design border in ivory and red is placed just within the main border.There are four red and white barber pole lines present.All the colors are from natural and vegetable sources.The condition is good in general.
