It is unusual to find Heriz style medallion rugs in scatter format.The tomato red field with its palmettes and angular vinery is centered by an octafoil green medallion enclosing a scalloped ivory hexagonal center.The camel tone corners feature quarter medallions.The bold navy border displays a colorful version of the reversing turtle palmette design.Detail colors include: powder blue,rose,burgundy,ivory,bottle green,camel and straw.Both ivory minor borders show a spacious rosette and leaf patterns.The inner ivory minor border at the bottom jogs slightly.All the colors are from natural sources.The rug is in good condition.SOLD
