The light blue field displays a lively red subfield enclosing a complex navy quatrefoil medallion.There are eight radiating palmettes at the sides and points of the red submedallion.The light blue is particularly vibrant and all the colors are from natural sources.The navy main border employs the popular rosette and double bent Heriz leaf pattern.The flanking minor borders show abstract leaf and flower motifs.The wool is of high quality.The carpet is not cut but merely rolled at one end to fit the screen.SOLD
