The ivory field displaying offset rows of reversing botehs,each centering a stylized flower.Detail colors include:shades of red,shades of blue,yellow and ivory.Secondary elements include:quincunxes,rosettes,dots and triangles.The soft red main border shows large floating rosettes in:ivory,chocolate brown,blue,navy,burnt orange and aubergine along with smaller tonally en suite paired rosettes..The minor inner border shows a variety of colorful stars connected by blue bars,while the outer minor border employs reversing flowers.There are four red and white dotted barber pole lines and eight solid lines in black and red in the border system.The wide red selvedges are intact and at the top end is a red flatwoven band followed by a beige wool flatweave finish.All the colors are from natural sources.The handle is soft and pliable.The condition of this Caucasian long rug is good.
