The golden yellow field of this Kuba runner displays a compact version of the “Kirdaghi” pattern with rows of rosettes,leaves and palmettes rendered in a geometric manner.The ivory main border has a colorful version of the iconic Caucasian chalice and slanted leaf design and is flanked by blue and dark brown keyhole reciprocals,ten bitonal barber poles and an inner navy stripe with bracketed rosettes.The horizontal line near the top of the image is a fold line and doesn’t indicate any reduction.The wool is velvety and the weave is extremely fine.All the colors are from natural sources.The condition of this quality runner is good.SOLD
